Upcoming work on the Jim Soorley Bikeway 10th to 23rd July 2023
Works are planned for the construction of the Cannery Creek – New Sewer Project’s Wetland & Bio-Retention Basin.
Night #1 (tentatively between 10th to 23rd July 2023)
- saw Cut bikeway crossing
- excavate/box out 5m wide 350mm deep below existing bikeway
- compact ground and Engineering fill
- install and level precast slab
- chamfer the level difference between
- install slow warning for cyclist
Night #2 (tentatively between 10th to 23rd July 2023)
- reinstate asphalt work
- install boom gates, concrete barrier
